• Improved flexible-dates: chips showed See prices or stale calendar-cache fares instead of live results; warmed nearby dates on search and refreshed the window on click. A/B test: +500 incremental itineraries per day (LTC IIPD, p = 0.1).
• Built a GenAI support agent that independently handles on-call and cross-team queries for flight search: scans the codebase and docs, answers with code references, and confirms with the requester before assigning to a developer, cutting developer time by 50%.
• Replacing sequential flight-search polling with Server-Sent Events (SSE): one long-lived HTTP connection where the server pushes itinerary batches; rolling out behind an experiment.
• Migrated RTL tests to Playwright, walked the team through flight search end-to-end architecture and experimentation, and contributed to on-call.
